The following is our Privacy Policy for contact through our contact form, email, phone or by any other means.
We would like you to know how we at Look Abroad! handle your email address, name and other personal data in accordance with legislation covering protection of personal data and digital rights (EU Regulation 2016/679 and the Spanish law 3/2018 of December 5th).
If you fill in our contact form, then we will register the information you send us (including your name, email address and any background information you may give us). We will use this information to reply to your request.
We do not share your personal information with anyone. However, your data may be passed on to third parties in the case that Look Abroad! are obliged to do so by law.
We will keep the information from our dialogue with you as long as it may be still become useful. For candidates (job seekers), however, we will not keep the information for more than 2 years.
You have the right to – at any time – access, correct, delete, request that the treatment of your personal data is limited, disagree with the treatment of your data, request the portability of the data (if this is technically possible), and take back the permission given.
To exercise the rights mentioned, send an email to privacy@look-abroad.eu attaching a copy of your national identity document. Should you believe that your request has not been handled correctly, then you can file a complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (“Agencia Española de Protección de Datos”).

- The data controller is Look Abroad!, Calle Puerto Rico 4, 28220 Majadahonda, Spain with email address privacy@look-abroad.eu.
- Look Abroad! uses Microsoft apps and Cloud services leading to a transfer of data to the United States. The basis for this transfer is adequacy decision 2002/2/CE.
