Which types of vacancies can Look Abroad! help us fill in?
We can help you finding candidates for any engineering, software and science job as long as you are willing to consider foreign candidates for the job.
Does Look Abroad! recruit for software developer positions?
Yes, we do.
However, we focus on jobs in technical or industrial environments, which means that we would not be the best choice for recruiting e.g., a web developer for a marketing agency.
Do you publish your jobs in Denmark and search for qualified Danish candidates?
Yes, we do.
While it is in many cases difficult to find a candidate in Denmark, we certainly do not want to exclude that option.
Do you work for employers, that are not based in Denmark?
Yes, we do occasionally carry out recruiting on behalf of Spanish employers.
Do you work with management positions?
No, we do not.
We work with positions which are mainly technical. We will be happy to help hiring e.g., project managers, senior engineers, team leaders, supervisors and department managers. But once the main job content is management and the technical content is limited, we would refer you to a recruiting agency specialised in management positions.
Will you send us a lot of candidates from outside the European Union?
This depends entirely on your preferences. We do understand that both the recruiting process and the relocation are slower and more uncertain for non-EU citizens. However, we recommend considering all candidates seriously and evaluating them based on all parameters relevant for the position.
