Our privacy policy is based on the following principles
- Protecting the private data received from candidates (job seekers) and business contacts in general.
- Limiting the amount of personal data, we register by not asking for data, which are not really needed.
- Offering clear and transparent information about how we treat the personal data we receive.
- Complying with European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union, and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December related to the management of personal data.
We have prepared specific privacy policies for the following activities
- Newsletter sign-up (relevant for candidates, employers and anyone else interested)

- Applying for a job (relevant for candidates only)
If you contact us regarding any of these four activities, you will be asked to accept our privacy policy for that specific activity only. This reduces the amount of information you will have to read. It also limits the amount of personal data you give us permission to handle to what is strictly needed for the activity.
The following information applies regardless of the activity
- The legal basis for processing your data is your consent.
- The data controller is Look Abroad!, Calle Puerto Rico 4, 28220 Majadahonda, Spain with email address privacy@look-abroad.eu.
- Look Abroad! uses Microsoft apps and Cloud services leading to a transfer of data to the United States. The basis for this transfer is adequacy decision 2002/2/CE.
