We have a few requirements which apply for all engineering, IT and STEM candidates. They are:
- At least a bachelor degree in engineering, software development or science.
- An English level of at least B2 (upper-intermediate)
- That you are ready to relocate to Denmark and motivated for living there.

FAQ
Do I need to speak English?
Yes, to be considered for any of our job offers, you will need to have an English level of at least B2 (upper-intermediate).
Do I need to speak Danish?
No. For many jobs there is no requirement at all to know or learn Danish. However, for some jobs you may be expected to learn Danish once you are in Denmark. Regardless of this, we strongly recommend learning the Danish language to improve your quality of life. Most Danes do speak English, but knowing Danish will make it easier to interact socially, at work and privately.
Do I need to have a Danish work permit and visa?
No.
If you are a European Union citizen, then you have the right to live and work in Denmark.
If you are not from a European Union member state, you will need a visa and work permit. Your future employer will take care of that, but the visa and work permit application process will delay your start date in Denmark and also introduce some uncertainty. Some (mainly larger) employers are used to handle this, while other (mainly smaller) employers are reluctant to get themselves involved in such administrative procedures.
While Danish rules on work permits for non-EU citizens are gradually becoming more flexible, a non-EU citizen will still experience more difficulties finding a job in Denmark than an EU citizen due to immigration rules.
Do you have any remote job offers?
No, while many job offers in Denmark will allow some remote work, we normally do not work with 100 % remote jobs. This means that the jobs we offer will normally require you to relocate to Denmark.
Do you have any job offers in countries other than Denmark?
Yes. We occasionally offer jobs with employers based in Spain.
What does STEM mean?
STEM is an abbreviation for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.
