The following is our Privacy Policy for Newsletter sign-up only.

We would like you to know how we at Look Abroad! handle your email address and other personal data in accordance with legislation covering protection of personal data and digital rights (EU Regulation 2016/679 and the Spanish law 3/2018 of December 5th).

If you choose to sign up for receiving the Look Abroad! Newsletter, then we will register your name and email address to be able to distribute the Newsletter to you.

We do not share your personal information with anyone. However, your data may be passed on to third parties in the case that Look Abroad! are obliged to do so by law.

You can unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time, either using the contact form at our website (look-abroad.eu) or the unsubscribe option provided within the Newsletter.

We will keep your personal data as long as you subscribe to the newsletter and will delete them if you unsubscribe.

You have the right to – at any time – access, correct, delete, request that the treatment of your personal data is limited, disagree with the treatment of your data, request the portability of the data (if this is technically possible), and take back the permission given.

To exercise the rights mentioned, send an email to privacy@look-abroad.eu attaching a copy of your national identity document. Should you believe that your request has not been handled correctly, then you can file a complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (“Agencia Española de Protección de Datos”).

• Look Abroad! uses Microsoft apps and Cloud services leading to a transfer of data to the United States. The basis for this transfer is adequacy decision 2002/2/CE.
